| National Security and Export Control | ||
|
DSGI is acutely aware of the critical need for innovative and effective C4I and export control in modern warfare and homeland defense. Research and development efforts are currently focused in this area with a strong emphasis placed on the reduction of national security liabilities effected by previous political support (and asset sales) to our adversaries around the world. The United States faces a unique yet critical challenge in the post 9/11 world: denying logistical support of U.S. defense assets to now hostile governments. Developing an agressive posture for potentially more (once-friendly) regimes with U.S. DoD assets in their inventory as well as the close control of so called dual use assets will be essential for U.S. national security. At present the defense supply industry as a whole lacks even the most basic methods of inquiring about known or suspected restricted persons and entities doing business in the U.S. and abroad. The U.S. most valuable wartime asset, its largely small business supply chain, requires this type of information to be responsible partners in the War on Terror. DSGI is in a unique position to understand this environment and is confident that with proper funding and information distribution to National Security Personnel and the private sector, efforts can be focused where they belong; on our adversaries and their agents. If your agency or organization would like more information about our efforts in this area, or to discuss specific needs, please contact us directly. |
